I suffer from very poor sleep. the kind that wakes me up everyday somewhere between 2am and 3:30am. often difficult to get back to sleep. I tried this for a few days and can't say I saw any benefit. Saying that, ive seen reviews on here saying that it's better the more you use it, once it builds up in your system. I don't have that kind of patience. I have started using another sleep formula that has almost double the amounts of magnesium in it and that has worked better for me with quicker results. I will still hold on to the remaining sachets and try them more when perhaps my sleep is in a better state, but I would also purchase right away if these guys made a stronger one with the higher levels of magnesium that I seem to require.

I have been taking Mg and ashwaganda to assist with sleep. I read an Ideal Nutrions post from Aiden Muir reccommending sleep mixtures of supps rather than individual. He rccommended this product so as I am recovering from fractures compounding my sleep issues thought i woud try. I have found it very successful in increasing my duration and quality of sleep by around 10-20%

As I’ve only been taking SLEEP for just one month, it’s hard to be definitive on the actual beneficial results. However I am pleased to upgrade a previous review as I’m finally getting around 5-6 hours sleep, which is certainly better than the constantly fragmented waking every night!

With the 2nd month subscription of SLEEP just delivered, I’m hopeful my sleeping pattern will continue to improve.

I trust this positive review will encourage readers to give SLEEP a try as I was initially sceptical after trying so many other sleep remedies, where none gave me any positive results.

This is my 2nd Review: After now 2 weeks using SLEEP every night, I am please to update my previous review to give others encouragement that SLEEP is now proving to be beneficial in helping me get better sleep than all the many other doctor prescribed medication, over the counter melatonin & many other sleep remedies. Admittedly, I am still waking around 4.30am, its certainly better than waking at 1-2am which was the constant pattern before using SLEEP every night for the past 2 weeks. I am now re-ordering SLEEP as it does give me better sleep than before.
