Shipping policy

  • We offer shipping via two couriers - Fastway Couriers + Australia Post. If you select Fastway and shipping to your address is unavailable we will use Australia Post.

  • Please make sure your shipping address, phone number and email are correct and complete.

  • Body Armour will not be responsible for incorrect shipping details.

  • Your phone number or email may be used by the shipping company to contact you in case they have problems delivering your order.

  • Once shipped, shipping fees are not refundable should a refund be applicable.

 

 

Online Ordering Process

 

When your parcel has been dispatched you’ll receive an email that includes a unique tracking code so you can find out where your parcel is at any time.

Shipping within Australia:

  • Orders are shipped daily Mon-Fri, the last shipment time of the week is 9 am Friday. All orders after this will be shipped on the following Monday morning (unless arranged otherwise with a staff member of the Body Armour team).

  • All transactions are processed in Australian dollars.

  • All prices as listed on the website

  • We ship from Brisbane.

  • Delivery times are listed on the Home page of the website.
