I don’t have trouble getting to sleep my issue is I wake up in the middle of the night and can’t get back to sleep.
This product has changed that with me being able to drift back to sleep after a short time.

I have bouts of chronic insomnia with associated panic attacks, as well as severe Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS) & foot neuropathy. After participating in an online Cognitive Therapy Program, it was apparent I needed a complex supplement as part of my bedtime routine.
I have found Body Armour Sleep Powder to fit the bill perfectly. It is easy to take and pleasant to drink.
My kinesiologist loves the fact it contains GABA. I take it without fail an hour before bed and have had success in retraining myself to sleep.
